Emad S. Lawandi, Esq.
Managing Partner
Attorney Lawandi comes from an entrepreneurial background with business experience in the real estate investment and franchise industries. He is the principal of Lawandi Legal LLC, a real estate and civil litigation firm representing clients in Real Estate Law, Commercial Disputes, Personal Injury, and Consumer Fraud matters.
Mr. Lawandi personally handles a variety of multi-million-dollar real estate transactions, personal injury matters, and successfully tried cases to a verdict. Mr. Lawandi also serves as general counsel and advisor to equity firms, real estate investment corporations, and private investors. He currently serves on various civic and charitable organizations, including the Economic Development Commission for the City of South River, NJ.
By Order effective September 1, 2023, Mr. Lawandi was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District VI Ethics Committee for a four-year term

Moshe Charloff
Paralegal
Moshe joined the firm as a certified paralegal with a diverse background in law, education, and
project management. Moshe brings a wealth of experience in real estate, construction, and legal
writing. He is a value-driven individual adept at navigating legal research utilizing Westlaw and
LexisNexis platforms.
A devoted father and a graduate of Rasmussen University’s Paralegal Certificate program,
Moshe also has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s Degrees in Hebrew and Talmudic Studies
from Beth Medrash Gavaha Institute in Lakewood, NJ. Moshe is currently pursuing a Juris
Doctor at New York Law School, with graduation expected in May 2026.
Veronica Halim
Paralegal
Veronica is a graduate from Rutgers University with a degree in Political Science and
Legal Studies. As a graduate with paralegal experience, Veronica joined the firm with
skills in legal writing, legal research and case management. She is known for her
organizational skills and dedication to client satisfaction.
Veronica is recognized for hard work and willingness to succeed and demonstrates this
in her role as Executive Assistant. Her diligence and commitment to professionalism
contribute to the success of the firm.
Arianna Cuddy
Legal Assistant
Arianna is a graduate of Rowan University with a degree in Law and Justice. As a
strong legal assistant with background in law and law enforcement, Arianna works hard
to simultaneously achieve productivity within the workplace and client satisfaction. A
former member of Milltown Police Department, Arianna is recognized for her attention to
detail and organizational skills. She is a contributor to the firm’s strategic planning
efforts, collaborating closely with the team to execute initiatives in real estate and
litigation alike. Her proficiency and dedication are integral to the continued success of
Lawandi Legal.
