Emad S. Lawandi, Esq.
Managing Partner
Mr. Lawandi comes from an entrepreneurial background with business experience in the real estate and franchise industries. He represented clients in criminal and civil matters, and successfully tried cases to a verdict. He is an accessible counselor to individuals and businesses alike. Mr. Lawandi serves as general counsel and advisor to equity firms, real estate investment corporations, and private investors. Since the days of law school, Mr. Lawandi was active in legal clinics to serve citizens who could not afford traditional legal services. He received a Pro Bono distinction award for his work at the Self-Serv. Center as a part of Access to Justice program at the twenty sixth judicial District Court of North Carolina. He is passionate about the law and strives to serve the needs of his clients. Emad handles variety of civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, and consumer fraud matters.
